摘要
目的研究胆总管阻塞引起的梗阻性黄疸对于巴马香猪肠道菌群优势菌的影响。方法结扎巴马香猪胆总管制备小型猪梗阻性黄疸动物模型,于结扎前1天及2周后分别取对照组和实验组小型猪粪样,PCR-DGGE法分析巴马香猪胆汁淤积前后肠道菌群总菌的相似性和多样性。结果多样性分析显示梗阻性黄疸可显著降低巴马香猪肠道菌群总菌的丰富度和多样性指数(P<0.01),UPGMA聚类分析显示梗阻性黄疸的巴马香猪肠道菌群可以明显的区分于对照组。结论梗阻性黄疸可导致巴马香猪肠道菌群发生严重紊乱。
Objective To study the effect of bile duct ligation induced cholestasis on the diversity of intestinal microbiota of Bama miniature pig.Methods Bile duct ligation of Bama miniature pigs were conducted to induce the animal models of cholestasis.Fecal samples of the miniature pigs were collected before and after the operation respectively.PCR-DGGE was performed to compare the diversity of the microflora.The Richness and the Shannon-Wiener index of the intestinal microflora were analyzed by Quantity One software.Results The Richness and the Shannon-Wiener index of the microbiota of Bama miniature pigs were found dramatically decreased in bile cholestasis group(P0.01).The composition of the abnormal intestinal microflora could be discriminated obviously from that of the control group by UPGMA analysis.Conclusion The intestinal microflora of the miniature pigs were severely changed by bile duct ligation induced cholestasis.
