摘要
目的研究促甲状腺激素受体(thyroid stimulating hormone receptor,TSHR)在子宫颈癌组织的表达,探讨其与子宫颈癌发生发展之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素过氧化物酶(SP)法检测74例子宫颈癌和30例子宫颈炎组织TSHR蛋白表达。74例癌症患者中病理分级<Ⅱ级30例,≥Ⅱ级44例;病理分期<Ⅱ期52例,≥Ⅱ期22例;无淋巴结转移64例,淋巴结转移10例;肿瘤大小<3 cm 45例,≥3 cm 29例;年龄<45岁48例,≥45岁26例。结果 TSHR蛋白在子宫颈癌组织的阳性表达率为70.27%(52/74),子宫颈炎的阳性率为26.67%(8/30),P<0.05。TSHR表达与肿瘤的大小呈正相关,P<0.05,与肿瘤分级、分期、淋巴结转移及年龄不相关。结论 TSHR不仅在甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞表达,在子宫颈癌细胞也表达,TSHR过表达能促进宫颈细胞的异常增殖,其异常功能能促进恶性肿瘤的发生,可能是恶性肿瘤特定的临床表型。
Objective To study the expression of thyroid stimulating hormone receptor(TSHR) in cervical carcinoma tissues and its relation to tumorigenesis and progression of cervical carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry(SP method) were used for the detection of expression of TSHR protein in 74 cases cervical carcinoma and 30 cases cervicitis.Results The positive expression of TSHR in cervical carcinoma(70.27%,52/74) was significantly higher than cervicitis tissue(26.67%,8/30)(P0.05).Expression of TSHR in cervical carcinoma was positive correlated with tumor size,while irrelated to stage,classification and lymph node metastasis and age of the patient(P0.05).Conclusion TSHR expresses not only in the membrane of the thyroid epithelial cell,but also in cell membrane of cervical carcinoma.Our data indicates that aberrant function of TSHR may contribute to tumor development and it may become a specific clinical phenotype of tumor.
