乙醇-磷酸氢二钾双水相体系萃取L-精氨酸

摘要 采用乙醇-磷酸氢二钾(K2HPO4)双水相体系萃取L-精氨酸。实验考察了乙醇浓度、K2HPO4浓度、pH、萃取温度对萃取分离L-精氨酸的影响。结果表明,L-精氨酸在该双水相体系的分配系数K随体系乙醇浓度、K2HPO4浓度的增大、萃取温度的升高而增大,随着体系pH的增大而减小;L-精氨酸在该双水相体系的萃取率随体系乙醇浓度和pH的增大而减小,随着体系K2HPO4浓度增大、萃取温度的升高而增大。 The ethanol-dipotassium hydrogen phosphate aqueous two-phase system was used to extract L-arginine. The influences of concentration of ethanol and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, pH value and temperature on extraction were discussed. The results indicated that the partition coefficient K of L-arginine increased with the increasing of concentration of ethanol and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and the rise of temperature, decreased with the increasing of pH value; The rate of extraction of L-arginine decreased with the increasing of concentration of ethanol and pH value, increased with the increasing of concentration of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and the rise of temperature.
