摘要
本研究采用最佳绩效表单方法作为绩效指标,以中国心理学家李超平修订的MBI-GS工作倦怠量表作为员工工作倦怠指标的测量工具,通过对238个样本数据的工作倦怠与工作绩效之间关系的分析,根据员工的绩效水平对员工工作倦怠水平界定做步研究。
This study adopts the optimal performance checklist as the indicators of job performance and uses MBI-GS revised by Chinese psychologist Chaoping Li as a tool. Based on a data of 238 samples, it is trying to ex- pose the relationship between job burnout and job performance, and make a preliminary study on measuring the de- gree of job burnout according to performance.
