摘要
概括评述了前人对喷墨打印用陶瓷墨水的制备及其性能的研究,简要介绍了喷墨打印用陶瓷墨水的组成及性能要求,具体分析了目前见诸于文献报道及专利发明的陶瓷墨水制备方法:分散法、溶胶凝胶法、反相微乳液法、金属盐溶解法的研究状况以及它们各自的优缺点。同时提出了对陶瓷墨水的制备方法的个人见解和陶瓷墨水未来发展趋势的展望。
The composition and performance requirements of ceramic inks for ink-jet printing are introduced briefly and their preparation and properties are summarized and discussed.The research status including advantages and disadvantages of dispersion method,sol-gel method,inverse microemulsion method and solution of metallic salts method which are commonly seen in the literatures and the patents are analyzed specifically with several examples.In addition,personal vision about the preparation of ceramic inks is given and the development trend of ceramic inks is prospected.
