摘要 以A1C1,和柠檬酸等为原料合成了适用于部分水解聚丙烯酰胺交联的柠檬酸铝交联剂,并对这类凝胶体系的成胶反应机理和延缓交联机理进行了探讨。考察了pH值、温度、聚合物分子量和浓度、交联比等对体系成胶性能的影响。结果表明,在pH值为3~7,温度为20~50%时质量分数为0.5%的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺在交联比为20:1—40:1时均可形成的良好凝胶。 The aluminum citrate crosslinking-agent,which can be used for crosslinking partly hydrolysis poly-acrylamide, was synthesized using citric acid, aluminium choride as the basic raw materials under certain reaction conditions. The crosslinking mechanism and delayed crosslinking mechanism has been investigated on the gel sys-tem. The effects of pH value, temperature, molecular weight and concentration of the polymer, crosslinking rate etc. on crosslinking performance has been discussed. The result indicated that at pH=3-7,temperature 20 to 50℃, and the mass fraction of HPAM is 0.5% and the crosslinking rate 20:1 to 40:1, the gel showed good property.
