熊果酸葡萄糖酯的制备及降血脂作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 制备熊果酸葡萄糖酯,对其降血脂作用进行研究。采用ICR小鼠作为实验动物,建立高血脂动物模型,然后饲喂熊果酸葡萄糖酯,探讨熊果酸葡萄糖酯的降血脂作用。结果表明:熊果酸葡萄糖酯组小鼠的血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和动脉硬化指数(AI)均不同程度低于高脂模型组,而高密度脂蛋白(HDLC)却非常显著高于高脂模型组。熊果酸葡萄糖酯具有显著的降血脂保健作用。 In this paper,ursolic acid glucose easter was synthesized and its reducing blood lipids activity was studied. ICR mice were used to build the model of hyperlipidemia. The ursolic acid glucose easter was feed to the test animal to study the effect of reducing blood lipids. The Results are as follows:serum triglyceride (TG),cholesterol (TC) and arteriosclerosis index in experimental groups were obviously lower than that perlipid?emia model group. While high-density lipoprotein (HDLC) in experimental groups was much higher. This showed that ursolic acid glucose easter had the function of reducing blood lipid.
