充分利用蒙古文图书资料努力构筑“精神家园”

全面建成小康社会,文化建设占有极其重要的地位和作用。十八大报告指出:"文化是民族的血脉、是人民的精神家园"。要求充分发挥"文化的引领风尚、教育人民、服务社会、推动发展"的作用。中华民族是多民族组成的大家庭。其中,蒙古民族历史悠久,在漫长的历史过程中创造了灿烂的文化,民间作品丰富、古籍文献众多,是中华民族灿烂文明的重要组成部分。充分利用好蒙古民族历史文献和图书资料,为我区民族文化建设和构筑"精神家园"服务。

culture is an important composition and function in the construction of well-off society.18th CPC National Congress points out： ＂culture is the lifeblood of a nation as well as the spiritual home of the people＂.what＇s more,culture should play its role for the full effect in＂leading new tendency,educating people,servicing society,promote the developments＂.The Chinese nation is a big family composed of many nationalities.Among them,Mongolia nationality with a long history has created the splendid culture rich in folk books and antiquarian works,which is an important part of the brilliant Chinese civilization.Therefore,we should make the best of the Mongolian historical documents and books for the national culture construction and building up a ＂spiritual home＂ in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
