VitalStim低频理疗仪面部肌群联合治疗多发性脑梗死吞咽障碍临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察VitalStim低频理疗仪面部肌群联合治疗对改善多发性脑梗死后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法将90例多发性脑梗死吞咽障碍患者随机分为2组,对照组45例进行摄食—吞咽功能训练配合VitalStim低频理疗仪常规治疗。治疗组45例在对照组治疗基础上加VitalStim低频理疗仪面部肌群联合治疗。2组均10 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计洼田饮水试验及洼田吞咽能力的疗效。结果治疗组洼田饮水试验、洼田吞咽能力总有效率分别为88.9%、93.3%;对照组分别为75.6%、77.8%。2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 VitalStim低频理疗仪面部肌群联合治疗对改善多发性脑梗死吞咽障碍有显著疗效。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination therapy of VitalStim low frequency therapy apparatus for facial muscles on multiple cerebral infarction dysphagia.Methods 90 patients with multiple cerebral infarction dysphagia were randomly divided into two groups.45 patients in control group received feeding-swallowing training combined with VitalStim low frequency therapy apparatus for conventional therapy.45 patients in treatment group received feeding-swallowing training combined with VitalStim low frequency therapy apparatus for conventional therapy and combination therapy for facial muscles.The therapeutic course was ten days in two groups.The effect was calculated after two courses.Results The total effective rate of Kubota drinking water test and Kubota ability to swallow in treatment group(88.9%,93.3%) were higher than those in control group(75.6%,77.8%,P〈0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of VitalStim low frequency therapy apparatus for facial muscles has a definite effect on improving multiple cerebral infarction dysphagia.
