摘要
青藏铁路通车运营以来,由于客货运量保持较快增长且季节性波动明显,格拉段(格尔木—拉萨)部分区段能力利用率趋近饱和。根据青藏铁路格拉段运输需求特点及运营组织模式,分析其扩能改造的必要性,提出内燃和电气化扩能改造方案,并经过技术经济分析,提出初步实施建议。
After beginning the operation of Qinghai-Tibet railway, for fast increase of passenger and freight transport volume and obvious seasonal fluctuation, the capacity utilization rate of Golmud-Lhasa section tends to saturation. According to the transport demand characteristics and operation organization mode of the section, this paper analyzes the necessity of capacity expansion and reconstruction of the section, and puts forward diesel and electrified capacity expansion and reconstruction program, as well as primary implementation suggestions in further step through technical and economy analysis
