提高缺血性脑血管疾病早期诊断率

Increase Early Diagnosis Rate of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的提高缺血性脑血管疾病早期诊断率。方法联合急诊科、神经内科、神经外科、眼科、耳鼻喉科、超声和放射科等,成立脑血管疾病诊断质量控制小组,并积极开展活动。结果适应症患者接受脑血管检查的比例由活动前的18.27%提高到活动后的62.50%。多学科联合成立质量控制小组,可有效提高缺血性脑血管疾病早期诊断率。

Objective To increase the early diagnosis rate of ischemie cerebrovascular disease. Method Through the cooperation of Emergency Department, Department of Neurology, Department of Neurosurgery, Department of Ophthalmology, Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Department of Ultrasound and Department of Radiology department, a quality control team of ische- mic cerebrovaseular disease was formed to develop activities. Result Proportion of cerebrovascular examination among patients with indication increased froml8.27% to 62.50% after activities. The practice indicated that muhidiscipline cooperated quality control group can increase effectively the early diagnosis rate of ischemie cerebrovascular disease.
