目的开发医疗质量监测指标采集软件,可实现医疗质量监测指标的数据采集、传输、加工处理等。方法利用现有病案首页信息管理系统,使用Delphi语言开发工具,采用C/S结构体系,以SQL Server 2008作为后台数据库,开发医疗质量监测指标采集软件。结果该软件可满足医院管理层和各临床科室对医疗质量监测指标的需求,便于管理层针对存在的问题及时采取改进措施。结论通过开发医疗质量监测指标采集软件,对现有病案管理子系统中病案首页管理分系统升级改造,可以实现信息的采集、传输、加工处理,实现医院医疗质量管理信息化。

Objective To develop the medical quality monitoring indicators acquisition software to achieve data collection, transmission, processing of medical quality monitoring indicators. Methods Based on existing medical record information management system, using the Delphi language development tool, C/S structure system, and using SQLSERVER2008 as a background database, health care quality monitoring indicators acquisition software was developed. Results By applying the software, the needs of the hospital management and clinical departments for medical quality monitoring indicators can be met, and it is ease for manager to take improvement measures in a timely manner for the problems. Conclusion Through the development of medical quality monitoring indicators acquisition software, upgrading existing medical record management subsystem in the medical record management subsystem, information collection, transmission, processing, and the establishment of medical quality monitoring in- dex system can be implemented, and medical quality management informatization can be achieved.
