青岛地区农村无偿献血状况调查与分析

Investigation of Voluntary Blood Donation in Qingdao Rural Area

目的探讨无偿献血工作由城市向农村延伸的可行性。方法对青岛地区部分农村居民无偿献血状况进行问卷调查。结果农村居民对无偿献血有一定了解,但无偿献血知识较缺乏,需加强宣教。结论开展农村无偿献血工作有着广泛前景。采供血机构应积极转变工作方法,采取有效措施拓展农村无偿献血市场,以扭转临床用血紧张局面。

Objective To explore the feasibility of extending voluntary blood donation from cities to rural area. Method Voluntary blood donation situation was surveyed at some natural villages in Qingdao. Result Rural residents had some understanding of voluntary blood donation, but lacked of knowledge on voluntary blood donation and needed to be strengthened. Conclusion The implementation of voluntary blood donation in rural area has a broad prospect. Blood collection agencies should actively change the ways of work, take effective measures to expand the rural market, so as to reverse the tensions in clinical use of blood.
