Analysis of Scrapped Causes for Apheresis Platelets Supplies

目的了解机采血小板耗材报废原因,保护献血者安全。方法对耗材使用前、中、后进行外观和质量检查,记录不合格耗材报废情况及原因。结果 2010年1月～2012年6月共计使用耗材4 034套,报废48套,报废率达1.19%。耗材报废原因主要为管道漏液、生产装配错误,其次为包装破损和离心杯漏液等。结论耗材自身质量问题与人为因素是造成耗材报废的主要原因。可通过严格耗材入库验收、使用前检查和员工操作培训等,消除安全隐患。

Objective To understand scrapped reason for apheresis platelet supplies in order to take specific measures to control the quality of supplies, and to protect donors safety. Method The appearance and quality check of supplies was performed before, during and after using, scrapped situation and reasons for unqualified supplies was recorded. Result From January 2010 to June 2012, a total of 4034 sets of supplies were used, of which 48 sets were scrapped with a scrap rate of 1.19%. Main reasons included pipeline leakage, production and assembly errors, followed by damaged package and centrifugal cup leakage. Conclusion The supplies quality problems and human factors were the main causes for scrapped supplies. Security risks can be eliminated by strictly supplies warehousing inspection, pre - use cheek and staff operations training.
