摘要 目的建立一套适合于马鞍山市公立医院的学科评价指标体系及评估方法,推动市级公立医院学科评价工作规范、有序开展,对各医院临床及医技学科进行评价和指导,提高学科综合水平。方法通过查阅文献,在调查研究的基础上,提出评价指标体系,并进行修订与完善。结果所构建的学科评价体系包括临床科室学科评价指标体系及医技科室学科评价指标体系。均系三级指标结构:5个一级指标,一级指标下设二级指标,二级指标下设三级指标。并阐释了评价细则,使学科评价工作更具科学性和可操作性。结论构建了马鞍山市公立医院学科评价指标体系。 Objective To establish an index system and assessment methods for department evaluation in Mahnshan municipal public hospital. Method Based on literature review and investigation, a prototype of evaluation index system was provided and it was revised and improved via Delphi method. Result The established evaluation system included evaluation index systems for clinical departments and medical - technical departments which all had three levels with five first - level items, subsequenee second - level and third - level items. The detail evaluation rules were explained to make the evaluation much more scientific and operational. Conclusion The evaluation index system of Ma'anshan municipal public hospital had been constructed successfully.
