本文主要阐述了SIMATIC VS 723-A系列智能视觉系统的组成及工作原理,对HWS自动铁液浇注机浇口杯铁液高度的控制原理进行了详细分析,为浇注系统的改进提供了技术支持。
A brief description to the SIMATIC VS 72x machine vision system and its working principle has been given. An analysis of liquid iron level control principle of the HWS Automatic Pouring Machine has been presented, which would be technical reference to any improvement on casting pouring system.
