摘要
采用低压铸造工艺对铝合金承压壳体的铸造工艺进行试验研究,结果表明:低压铸造结合负压抽气能提高型腔充型能力,铸件美观,材质致密,有效避免加工面微渣孔缺陷。
The low-pressure casting process has been used to cast aluminum alloy pressure bearing shell. The results showed the combination of low-pressure casting with negative pressure suction could strengthen mold cavity filling capacity so that the casting obtained with good looking appearance and of dense and the tiny inclusion caused defects on processing surface have been effectively avoided.
