基于Dasylab的乳化液浓度测量系统

摘要 由于工业上炼钢厂冷轧工艺的需求,必须对乳化液浓度进行在线检测,以确保其钢材的质量。本文基于多功能组态软件DASYLAB为平台,以超声测量装置USD15为核心,辅以温度、流量信号采集仪表,共同完成乳化液浓度的在线检测功能。在本系统中通过实验测定大量的温度、声时及对应的浓度数据,利用数学上的多次插值算法建立起浓度-温度-声时的数学模型,推导出浓度的计算表达式,并在软件中加以修正和补偿,最后可以得出相对比较精确地浓度计算式。在实验中建立了温度补偿模型,并使用Dasylab软件对测量结果进行温度补偿,取得了较好的效果。 Due to the demand for steel mill rolling in industry, the measurement of emulsion concentration must be online in order to ensure the quality of its steel products. Online detection of the emulsion concentration was realized based on the multifunctional configuration software DASYLAB platform, serving ultrasonic measurement devices USD15 as its core, complemented by temperature, flow rate signal acquisition instrument all together. In the present system, abundant data of the temperature, the sound-time, and the concentration was detected by experiment, the concentration-temperature-sound mathematical model was established with the mathematical multiple interpolation algorithm, the concentration of the calculation expression was deduced , and the compensation was fixed in the software, and finally a relatively accurate concentration calculation was drawn. Temperature compensation model is established through experiments,the temperature measurement was compensated by the Dasylab software, and better results were achieved.
