摘要
[目的 ]观察一种复合茶饮料—“职业茶饮 1号”对高脂血症家兔的抗氧化作用。 [方法 ]选取 40只 1 5~ 2 0kg家兔 ,随机分为 5组 :①正常对照组、②高脂模型组、③绿茶对照组、④低剂量茶饮实验组、⑤高剂量茶饮实验组。分别于实验前 ,实验后 6周末、12周末心脏穿刺取血 ,测定血清丙二醛 (MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX) ,红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (RBC -SOD)含量。 [结果 ]高脂饮食家兔血MDA升高 ,GSH -PX、RBC -SOD下降 ;绿茶组和“职业茶饮 1号”实验组 ,MDA升高幅度明显减小 ,GSH -PX、RBC -SOD活性增加 ,与高脂模型组比较 ,差异有显著性(P <0 0 5~ 0 0 0 0 1) ;茶饮实验组较绿茶组作用更明显 ,并存在剂量 -效应关系。 12周末高剂量茶饮组GSH -PX、RBC -SOD与绿茶组差异呈现显著性 (q=3 972 7,3 9981,P <0 0 5 )。 [结论 ]“职业茶饮 1号”可降低实验动物家兔高脂饮食引起的脂质过氧化反应 ,激活实验动物体内氧化防御系统 。
Objective]To observe the antioxidation of a Compound Tea Drink—“Occupational Healthy-tea No1” in experimental rabbits fed with high-fat diet [Methods]40 rabbits weighted 1 5 ~ 2 0 kg were divided randomly into 5 groups, i e : ① normal control,② hyperlipidemia model,③ green tea control, ④ low-dose experiment group,⑤ high-dose experiment group Then collected the blood samples by intracardiac puncture at first and 6,12 weekends respectively and measured the serum MDA,GSH-PX ,RBC-SOD activities [Results]In hyperlipidemia model group,MDA of serum increased markedly while GSH-PX,RBC-SOD decreased significantly The harmful effects could be weakened by drinking green tea or Occupational Healthy-tea No1 The role of Occupational Healthy-tea No1 was much stronger than green tea,and a dose-dependent relationship was observed At 12 weekends, the contents of serum GSH-PX,RBC-SOD of high-dose experiment group increased significantly compared with green tea control (q=3 972 7,3 998 1,P<0 05) [Conclusions]The results indicate that Occupational Healthy-tea No 1 can significantly reduce lipids peroxidation and increase the antioxidation capacity of experimental animals
