农村劳动力转移强度及其对农户发展的影响——基于河南省鄢陵县山岗村和刘圪垱村的调查

Influence of Rural Labor Transfer Strength on the Development of Farmers:Based on the Investigation of Shangang and Liugedang Villages of Yanling County in Henan Province

利用鄢陵县2个行政村1 450份调查数据,定量分析了农村劳动力转移强度对农户发展的贡献度。结果表明:农村劳动力外出转移以短时间外出为主,外出时间在3～6个月的人数占总人数的72.55%,外出6～12个月的人数占总数的26.14%;农村劳动力外出转移地点主要分布在县内,其次为省内,农村劳动力外出转移的动力逐渐从区域差距转变为行业劳动效率差异;农村劳动力外出途径主要有亲戚朋友和同乡介绍,分别占到总数的46.41%和43.79%;2个村庄的劳动力转移强度分别为3 915人.月和4 685人.月,对农户收入的贡献率分为0.882和1.240。

Using 1 450 survey data in two administrative villages in Yanling County of Henan Province, quan- titative analysis of the transfer of rural labor contribution on the development of farmers is conducted in the parer. The results are ： （ 1 ） The times that the transfer of rural labor are two short periods ： one is from March to June, ac- counting for 72.55%, and the other is from June to December, accounting for 26.14% ; （2）the places that the transfer of labor force shift is mainly distributed in the county, secondly within Henan Province. The dynamic that rural migrant workers to go out gradually shifts from the regional disparities to labor efficiency gap for the industry; （3） labor transfer approaches are mainly relatives, friends and fellow introduced, respectively accounted for 46. 41% and 43.79 % of the total ; （4） two of the village labor force transfer strength is 3 915 （ p · m） and 4 685 （ p · m）, the contribution of the income of farmers is 0. 882 and 1. 240 respectively.
