中原经济区“三化”协调发展水平的时空特征研究

Research on Time and Space Characteristics of the "Three New-type"Coordinated Development Level of the Central Plains Economic Region

基于2001—2010年中原经济区的主体河南省各地级市"三化"发展的数据,采用熵权法对中原经济区"三化"协调发展水平进行测度,进而分析其时序和空间特征。结果表明:从时间序列看,中原经济区的"三化"协调发展水平呈现提高趋势。从空间格局上看,"三化"协调发展水平空间分异明显,呈现出以中原城市群为主体的中部地区较高、南北地域略低的特征,且其与各个地域"三化"各自的发展水平的接近度密切相关。这就要求在制定政策的过程中,不能简单地根据地域性质和经济发展水平判断"三化"协调发展水平,更应注重探测"三化"各自发展水平的接近度。

Based on the data collected from the new type industrialization, new type urbanization and new type agricultural modernization （ hereinafter ＂Three New-type＂ ） development process of Henan Province, the main body of the Central Plains Economic Region, and each prefecture-level city during 2001-2010, this paper adopts entropy weight method to estimate this region＇s ＂Three New-type＂coordinated development level, and then analy- zes its time and space characteristics. And the results show that： in view of time sequence, the ＂Three New-type＂ coordinated development level of the Central Plains Economic Region has been improved; whereas respective devel- opment level of each city, there are obvious space differentiations ： the central urban cluster as the main body of the Central Plains Economic Region has been developed to a high level, while, the northern and southern area are still at a low level. It is closely related to the proximity degree of each city＇ s ＂Three New-type＂ coordinated develop- ment level, that is to say the cities almost at same level could coordinate with each other better, vice versa. And this will require the government can＇ t simply make judgment on ＂Three New-type＂ coordinated development level according to regional nature and economic development level in the process of making policy, but should pay more attention to detect each city＇s respective ＂Three New-type＂development level proximity degree.
