从建筑设计角度预防建筑结构体的霉变

The Prevention and Disposal of Structure Mould in the View of Building Design

建筑结构体的霉变是建筑病变的一种常见形式,几乎是所有建筑都可能会遇到的问题。建筑结构体霉变所造成的危害和损失十分巨大,因此预防和解决霉变问题具有广泛性和迫切性。当前建筑行业多从建筑保护修复的角度来研究霉变问题,多有亡羊补牢之嫌。大量的实例证明,建筑结构体霉变的源头在于设计中对霉变问题的忽视或失误。该文将建筑结构体的霉变作为建筑设计中的一个重要问题来研究,首先介绍霉变现象及其造成严重危害,进而分析其形成原因。文章的重点在于从建筑设计的角度提出预防建筑结构体霉变的相应设计策略,以期在建筑之初就从源头上来预防霉变,并为今后相关问题的研究提供借鉴。

Structure mould is a common lesion in buildings, and can be found in nearly all the buildings. It has caused enormous damage and loss. Thus, it is an extensive and urgent issue to prevent and solve structure mould. So far, structure mould has been only researched in the field of building protection and restoration, that is, structure mould is regarded as an inevitable phenomenon. This paper focuses on the prevention of structure mould in architectural design, in order to reduce the potential possibility of mould. The major part of the paper shows the policy for prevention of structure mould in architectural design. Finally, conclusion is drawn from the demonstration, in order to provide reference for related issues.
