滇西山区校点布局调整方法的思考——以福贡县知子罗、老姆登村为例

摘要 随着我国农村中小学布局调整的进行,"一刀切"的做法在校点撤并的过程中屡见不鲜。在滇西山区,地形地貌特殊,山大沟深、聚居点分散、交通不便、经济落后,而在怒江这样极端特殊的山区,不切实际的校点撤并使布局调整的弊端更加严重。该文以滇西怒江峡谷知子罗、老姆登地区为例,通过实地调研,分析并讨论当地学校现状问题及原因,希望通过整合当地的校点布局体系,提出对校点布局调整方法的思考,对当地和类似山区的校点布局调整方法有所启示。 With the adjustment of distribution of elementary schools in our country, the way of"One size fits all" is often seen. In the western Yunnan mountainous area, landform is special, mountains are very high and ravines are very deep. In those areas, settlements are tar from each other, traffic is badly inconvenient, economy is under-developed. In these extremely special mountainous areas like Nujiang, some unrealistic ways of school merging make the disadvantage becoming more serious. This paper takes the Zhi Ziluo Village and the Lao Mudeng Village for example, through the investigation to Zhi Ziluo area, analyzing and discussing the present problems of local school and reasons. We hope through integration for local school layout system to propose some thoughts and method of adjusting school distribution, and to help the western Yunnan mountainous area and some similar areas.
