基于形态的城市绿地绩效研究

Research on the Form Performance of City Green Space

该文以研究绿地形态与服务绩效间的关系为出发点,在确定基本形态类型划分的基础上,以城市绿地的服务能力、边缘效应和本体效应为绿地绩效的主要评价指标,计算并分析了基本形态与面积、边缘长度和服务面积之间的关系,并进一步评价了绿地形态与绩效之间的关系、形态与绩效间的空间适应性关系。研究表明,形态相关的空间绩效研究可在基本的空间关系与土地利用效率之间建立起联系,对提高城市空间利用的绩效、城市发展的品质有一定的参考价值。

The article aims to find the relation between the form and the performance of city green space. On the foundation that green space is divided into some basic types, the service capacity, edge effect, self effect are taken as the key indexes to evaluate the green space performance. And then the article analyzes the relation between the basic type with their shape, edge length, service area by calculating. According to the above results, further evaluation was taken on the relationship and the spatial adaptivity between the form and the performance. Research shows that, the formal performance can establish a link between the spatial shape and land use efficiency, which can also improve the city space utilization and the quality of the city development.
