城市更新关注的重点问题及规划应对——以南京浦口南门地区旧城更新为例

Study on Key Points in the Process of Urban Renewal:A Case of Urban Renewal in South Gate of Pukou District in Nanjing City

城市更新与城市发展相随相伴,往往促进着城市发展。城市更新关系城市发展全局,影响深远,对构建和谐人居环境具有重要意义。该文认为功能定位、城市特色、城市文化、建设强度、更新时序是城市更新过程中必须关注的重点问题,抓住并解决关键问题,其他问题迎刃而解。同时,笔者以南京浦口南门地区旧城更新实践为例,具体阐述了项目背景及规划应对,并期望对越来越多的旧城改造实践,起到一定的借鉴作用。

Urban renewal is complex which conbines and promotes urban development.it has relations to urban development overall situation and harmonious human settlement. This paper proposes that the functional orientation of old city, urban identity, urban culture, urban land use intensity, and reconstruction schedule are the key points in the process of urban renewal. It takes the practice and plan strategy of urban renewal in south gate of Pukou district in Nanjing city for an example to explain these points, and we hope it can be helpful for other urban renewal projects.
