长沙市五一广场商业中心空间结构演变研究

商业中心是商业高度集中、经营服务功能完善,当地居民休闲、购物、娱乐的汇集场所,是一个城市经济发展的活力象征。该文以长沙市五一广场商业中心为研究对象,从交通组织、用地性质、商业空间形态、业态构成四个方面入手,通过历史资料的查询和详细的现状调研,对1998年以来的五一广场商业中心在不同时间段所呈现出来的空间结构进行比较分析,阐述发展过程中的具体变化和发展趋势,最后总结商业中心空间结构演变的影响因素。

Business center is regarded as a place of highly centralized business, with comprehensive supporting services, where local residents can enjoy various leisure, shopping, entertainment activities. Meanwhile, it is also seen as the symbol of urban economic vitality. This paper takes the Wuyi square business center in Changsha as the example, tries to present and compare the ever-changing urban spatial structure generated from the development process since 1998, by looking at four major design aspects such as traffic organization, land uses, spatial layout and property functions, while also investigating into the abundant historic documents and researching on the existing urban condition. In conclusion, this paper identifies the developing trend, and then finally discovers the main impact factors for the spatial structure evolution of the business center.
