该文记录了作者以九房沟为案例依靠社区村民自主开展社区营造及社区遗产保护的初步工作。探索了走新型合作化以及自治道路的可能性。作者提出的以恢复生态和发展精细农业为主的新型乡村化,以及新型乡村化和新型城镇化并行互动发展的思想对中国大陆目前的转型发展具有启示意义。
This article illustrates through a case study of Jiu Fang Gou how the author initiated the work on the community yingzao and protection of the community heritage depending on the village autonomy. It explores the possibility of new type of cooperation and autonomous way. The author advocates a new type of ruralisation focusing on developing precision agriculture and restoring ecosystem as well as concurrently developing a mutually beneficial new type of urbanisation. This concept has implications on the development of this transformation in China's Mainland.
