摘要
分析了直缝埋弧焊管焊缝余高偏高对控制焊缝质量、降低生产成本、消除焊管后期使用中的安全隐患等方面的不利影响。介绍了直缝埋弧焊管焊缝余高的控制目标及主要技术指标。通过研究焊接坡口形状、焊接工艺参数等与焊缝形貌的关系,给出了控制焊缝余高的措施。现场应用效果表明,这些措施的实施有效控制了焊缝余高,保证了钢管焊缝与母材在焊趾处的平滑过渡,提高了焊接质量,降低了生产成本。
In this article, it analyzed adverse effect of high weld reinforcement of SAWL pipe on controlling weld quality, reducing production cost, eliminating potential risk dining usage. It also introduced control target and main technical parameters of SAWL pipe weld reinforcement. By studying the relationship between groove shape , welding process parameters and weld morphology, the control measures for weld reinforcement were provided. The application results showed that these measures can effectively control weld reinforcement, ensure the smooth transition of weld and base metal in weld toe, improve welding quality, and reducing production cost.
