摘要 运用柱层析等分离纯化方法,从蕨菜乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到4个黄酮类化合物:3,4,6,2',4'-五羟基高黄烷醇(1)、槲皮素3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、芦丁(3)、槲皮素3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),其中化合物1为新化合物,也是从蕨类植物中分离出的第一个高黄烷酮,化合物2为首次从该植物中分离得到。采用MTT法对获得的黄酮类化合物的细胞毒活性测定结果表明化合物1具有明显的细胞毒活性。 A novel homoflavonoid(1) with a homoflavanol skeletone,together with three known flavonoids: quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),rutin(3) and kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),were isolated from the plant Pteridium aquilinum(L.) Kuhn(Pteridaceae).The structure and relative stereochemistry of the new compound was elucidated as 3,4,6,2′,4′-penta hydroxyl-2,3-cis-homoflavan-3,4-trans-diol on the basis of spectroscopic analyses,including 2D-NMR spectroscopic data.This is the first reported case about homoflavane of which the "B" ring was linked with the C-2 through an additional carbon designated as C-11.The cytotoxic activity of compounds 1-4 were evaluated by MTT preliminarily.
