摘要
概述了SSR标记在棉花(Gossypium spp.)的指纹图谱构建、遗传多样性分析、品种纯度检测、品种间差异性相关分析等方面的研究进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望,旨在为今后的研究提供借鉴。
The research results of cotton fingerprint construction, genetic diversity, varieties purity identification, and correla- tion analysis of difference of cuhivars with SSR makers were summarized briefly. The application prospect was put forward in hope of providing a reference for further study.
