将一般农户培育成农业新型经营主体的研究——以湖北省一般农户经营实证分析为例

Research on General Farmers Growing into Model Main Body of Agricultural Operation:Taking General Household Management of Hubei Province as An Example

培育农业新型经营主体是党的"十八大报告"提出的创新农业生产经营体制机制的重要内容,中央农村工作会议和2013年中央1号文件对此作了具体部暑。以中央精神为政策依据,以湖北省农户经营为实例,从理论与实践相结合的角度在深入剖析一般农户现状特征的基础上,提出了将一般农户培育成农业新型经营主体的路径和对策。

Development of model main body of agricultural operation is the important content of the Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China about the innovation of agricultural production and operation system. Based on the policy of the central government and the practice of farmers＇ operation in Hubei, characteristics of general farmers were analyzed by combining the theory and practice, and the path and countermeasure for cultivating general farmers into model main body of agricultural operation were proposed.
