摘要
与传统的钟摆钻具组合和满眼钻具组合相比,弯螺杆钻具组合复合钻进防斜打直技术具有优越性。针对常用的单弯双稳导向钻具组合,考虑弯螺杆钻具公转产生的离心力影响,应用纵横弯曲连续梁方法和达朗伯原理,建立了单弯双稳钻具复合钻进条件下防斜打直效果分析模型。以提高215.9mm直井段防斜打直效率为目标,模拟分析了钻具结构和钻进参数以及井眼参数对钻头侧向力和井斜趋势角的影响规律,推荐了钻具结构优化和钻井参数优选方案。
Anti-deflect and hole-straighting technology by a steering assembly under composite drilling condition have great advantages over the traditional pendulum assembly and packed-hole assembly. Regarding as the steering assembly in common use with a single bending down-hole motor and two stabilizers and its composite drilling mode, considering the centrifugal force due to the revolution of the bended screwdrill, a mechanical model of the steering assembly under composite drilling condition has been established by the vitical and horizontal bending continuous beam theory and the D.Alembert Principle. Aiming to enhance the efficiency of anti-deflect and hole-straighting in215.9mm vertical hole, the effect laws of assembly makeup parameters, the drilling parameters and the hole parameters on the lateral bit force and the trend angle of deviation have been simulated and analyzed, as well as an optimization scheme to the steering assembly and its drilling parameter have been recommended.
