摘要
以热压烧结理论和研究方法讨论了在不同温度下载荷对菱镁矿石分解和烧结的影响。实验结果表明:载荷的存在降低了菱镁矿石分解速率,完全分解温度随着载荷的增大而增高;载荷增加了菱镁矿石的烧结速率,并且载荷越大对烧结速率的影响越明显;大型化竖窑具有很好的节能效果。
Tile effect of the load on magnesite decomposition and sintering in different temperature was discussed with the hot pressing sintefing theory and method. The results show that the load blocks the magnesite decomposition, and the complete decomposition temperature rises along with the increase of load; The load increases the sintering rate of magnesite, and the larger the load is, the more notable the effect is; Large scale vertical kiln has remarkable energy saving effect.
