摘要
苏州市于2006年试行新农合住院按病种结算。在调查研究的基础上,确定了实施住院按病种结算的60个病种及其结算指导价格,并加强对医疗机构的监管,控制医疗费用快速上升,受到病人、医院、经办机构和政府的认可与好评,初步取得了多方共赢的效果。
DRGs based payment in new rural cooperative medical was implement in Suzhou in 2006. Based on investigation result, we determine the implementation of 60 diseases payment based DRGs and its guide price, strengthen the supervision of medical institutions, and control the rapidly rise in health care costs. This is well received by patients, hospitals, agencies and government, and initially to obtain the win-win effect.
