Ligasure行腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术后机体炎症反应的比较 被引量：9

摘要 目的比较开腹全子宫切除术(TAH)与结扎速血管闭合系统(Ligasure)行腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术(LAVH)术后患者全身炎症反应的情况。方法将98例接受子宫全切手术的患者随机分为腹腔镜组(n=48)和开腹组(n=50),采用全自动磁珠比浊法检测患者术前及术后24h白细胞计数及C反应蛋白(CRP),采用放射免疫法测定内皮素(ET);观察患者术后体温、心率及呼吸频率。结果与开腹组比较,腹腔镜组患者手术后全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)发生率明显降低,SIRS持续时间短(P<0.05),两组术后CRP较术前均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者术后CRP、ET比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LAVH患者术后SIRS发生率低,手术创伤小,而且美观,恢复快。
