妊娠母体不同阶段花生四烯酸乙醇胺水平变化分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测妊娠母体妊娠过程中外周血及产前母体血浆中内源性大麻受体(CBR)的内源性配体花生四烯酸乙醇胺(AEA)水平的变化,并探讨其变化的临床意义。方法选择2010年10月至2011年3月在重庆医科大学附属第一医院妇产科产前检查和住院分娩的孕妇200例,根据妊娠时间不同分为孕早期(5~12周),孕中期(15~28周),孕晚期(36~39周)及产前4个组,每组50例。选择10名女性未孕的健康体检者为对照组。采集各组对象的静脉血,应用高效液相色谱法检测各血样标本中内源性大麻素AEA水平的变化,并对检测结果进行比较。结果孕早期开始到孕晚期,妊娠母体血浆中AEA水平具有一定降低趋势,孕中期及孕晚期母体血浆中AEA水平显著低于对照组女性静脉血浆中AEA,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);临产孕妇母体血浆中AEA水平发生急剧升高,即刻孕妇静脉血浆中AEA水平增加到(18.64±3.95)ng/L,并显著高于妊娠母体孕中、晚期血浆中AEA水平(P<0.01)。结论妊娠过程中AEA水平发生显著变化,对于生殖过程可能意味着体内某种生理过程的改变;产前母体血浆中AEA水平发生了较大改变,在分娩期间AEA水平增高可能发挥了镇痛、舒张子宫平滑肌助产等生理作用。
