微RNA结合靶点区单核苷酸多态性与肿瘤的关系

摘要 微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类长度为18-26nt的小分子非编码RNA。研究表明miRNA与人类肿瘤的发生发展有重要关联;其通过与靶基因mRNA结合在转录后水平调控肿瘤相关基因表达。靶基因mRNA序列中与miRNA相结合的区域称为miRNA结合靶点区(miRNA binding site)。miRNA结合靶点区单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide poly-morphism,SNP)是影响miRNA与靶序列结合的重要因素。近年来,研究发现miRNA结合靶点区SNP可能介导肿瘤的发生、发展及预后;因而探索miRNA结合靶点区SNP与肿瘤的相关性对肿瘤的个体诊疗有重大意义。本文结合最新研究进展,对miRNA结合靶点区SNP与人类肿瘤的关系进行综述,为研究肿瘤分子遗传机制及临床实践提供参考。
