摘要
设计一款实际工程应用的红外三视场光学系统,其中大中视场利用透镜组切换变倍,小视场和大视场利用反射镜切换变倍。设计中采用二次成像的方式,3个视场共用二次成像透镜组,保证100%冷屏效率,减小第1片透镜的过口径。同时,采用非球面技术校正系统的球差和彗差,通过光学设计软件CODE V仿真,得出最大的点列斑为11μm左右,并且MTF接近衍射极限,成像质量完全满足使用要求。最后,该系统利用反射镜折叠光路实现了系统结构紧凑、体积小的特点。
A kind of optical system with three-field of view for practical application was de- signed. The switch between wide and middle FOV was realized by using lenses group, and the switch be'tween narrow and wide field was actualized by using mirrors. Three-field of view shared secondary imaging lens group, and the secondary imaging technique was used in the sys- tem design in order to endure 100% cold shield efficiency and reduce the diameter of the first lens. The technology for aspheric lenses was introduced to improve the imaging quality by cor- recting spherical aberration and coma. Then the performance of optical system was analyzed by CODE V software. The max spot was less than 11μm and MTF approached to diffraction lim- it. The results show that the image quality of optical system reaches application requirements. In addition, compact structure and light weight are the features of the system.
