Clinical Prognostic Analysis of Malignant Tumors in Jaws: 248 Cases Report.

目的 分析颌骨恶性肿瘤临床及预后相关因素。方法 收集 2 48例颌骨恶性肿瘤病例 ,并对其临床资料进行总结 ,其中着重就 2 2 2例治疗后随访达 5年以上患者的临床分期、病理分类及其治疗方式与预后的关系进行分析。结果 不同临床分期、病理分类和治疗方式的颌骨恶性肿瘤患者 ,其 5年生存率有显著性差异。结论 颌骨恶性肿瘤的预后与其临床分期、病理分类及治疗方式有关。

Objective To analyse the clinical and prognostic problems of malignant tumors in jaws. Methods The relative data of 248 cases of malignant tumors in jaws were evaluated retrospectively. 222 cases accepted 5-year's follow-up. Results The patients with different clinical stage had a significant different 5-year survival rate. So had patients with different pathological types and treatment protocol. Conclusion The prognosis of malignant tumors in jaw is correlated with the clinical stage, pathological grade and treatment protocol.
