摘要
为了评价贵州省野木瓜籽油的使用价值及其食用安全,分析测定其脂肪酸、维生素和微量元素含量。结果表明,野木瓜籽油主要由油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、花生烯酸、硬脂酸和亚麻酸6种脂肪酸组成,其中含油酸70%以上,类似橄榄油且优于茶籽油。野木瓜籽油急性毒性半数致死量(LD50)大于10.00g/kgBw,其毒性分级属无毒。野木瓜籽油具有一定的开发利用价值。
The contents of fatty acids, vitamins and trace elements in wild papaya seed oil were determined to evaluate the use value and edible safety of wild papaya seed oil in Guizhou. The results showed that the oil was composed of oleic acid,palmitie acid,linoleic acid,arachidonic acid, stearic acid and linolenic acid. The content of oleic acid was more than 70 Y00, similar to olive oil and prior to camellia oil. The wild papaya seed oil extracted mechanically was innocuous (LD50 〉 10. 00 g/kg Bw), and has good economic value.
