食用菌木质素降解菌的筛选及产酶条件优化 被引量:7

摘要 为给木质素降解的研究和应用提供一定的理论和实践基础,采用PDA-愈创木酚显色法对木质素降解菌进行了初步筛选,并对筛选出的菌株进行了产木质素降解酶条件的优化。结果表明:木耳和灵芝具有良好的木质素降解能力。二者产酶最佳条件均为温度30℃、pH7、碳氮比20∶1或15∶1。说明,两种菌株都是常温、中性偏微碱性真菌菌株。氮是限制真菌生长及木质素降解的重要因素之一,通过优化产酶条件,两种菌的木质素降解产量提高,灵芝尤为明显。 The edible fungus strains with higher lignin degradation ability were selected by PDA- guaiacol chromogenic method and then the enzyme-producing conditions of the selected edible fungus stains with higher lignin degradation ability was optimized to provide the theoretical and practical basis for research and application of lignin degradation. The results showed that agaric and Ganoderma lucidum both had the good lignin degradation ability and the optimal enzyme-produeing conditions were 30℃, pH 7 and C-N ratio 20 : 1 or 15 : 1, which indicates that agaric and Ganoderrna lucidum belong to normal tempreture and alkalescence fungus strains. Nitrogen is one of the important factors affecting fungus growth and lignin degradation, and the optimized enzyme-producing conditions can improve lignin degradation yield, especially for Ganoderrna lucidum.
