摘要 为水体修复植物的选择与引进提供参考依据,研究了不同浓度铵氮胁迫下苦草对环境铵氮的利用能力,并分析了相应氮形态的转换关系。结果表明:在0~80mg/L铵氮浓度下,苦草体内硝氮、亚硝氮浓度均较对照低,铵氮、可溶性蛋白含量较对照高;当铵氮浓度<40mg/L时,对苦草体内硝氮转化为铵氮及铵氮转化为可溶性蛋白有促进作用,且随铵氮浓度升高促进作用不断增强;当铵氮浓度>40mg/L时,对铵氮有较强吸收能力,但所吸收的铵氮大多贮存起来,并未迅速转化为蛋白。说明,苦草吸收和转化铵氮的能力较强,可以作为污染水体的修复植物。 The utilization of various concentrations of ammonium nitrogen by V. natans and the transformational relation of relevant nitrogen forms were analyzed to provide a reference for selecting and introducing water body remediation plants. The results showed that within the range of 0-80 mg/L, the concentration of NO3-N and NOx--N in V. natans was lower than CK while the concentration of ammonia and solute protein was higher than CK. When the concentration of ammonium nitrogen was below 40 mg/L,V, natans could accelerate the transfer process of nitrate nitrogen-ammonia-soluble protein as environmental ammonia concentration increased. Above 40 mg/L, V. natans's absorption ability on ammonia was very strong, but the amount of ammonia was mostly stored instead of being transferred to protein. Above results showed that V. natans has great absorption and conversion ability on ammonia, which suggests its potential ability as a water restoration plant.
