粉末冶金马氏体不锈钢材料的研制 被引量:3

摘要 在对含碳1%的Cr14MoMnSi马氏体不锈钢材料的粉末冶金工艺研究中,分析烧结温度对密度和硬度的影响。结果表明:该材料有比粉末冶金440C马氏体不锈钢更为宽范的烧结温度;有很高的烧结密度和淬火硬度。该材料合适的粉末冶金工艺为:成形密度5.8~6.0g/cm3;真空烧结温度1235~1255℃,保温时间2h;淬火温度1050℃,冷却介质氮气。烧结态相对密度可达98.6%;淬火硬度54~58HRC。 The paper studied the powder metallurgy process of the martensitic Crl4MoMnSi stainless steel with carbon content of 1%, as well as the influence of sintering temperature on density and hardness. The results showed that the martensitic Cr14MoMnSi stainless steel with carbon content of 1% indicated wider sintering temperature range than powder metallurgy 440C martensitic stainless steel~ and also the high sintering density and sintering hardness. The appropriate configuration of powder metallurgy process corresponding to the martensitic Cr14MoMnSi stainless steel with carbon content of 1% were concluded as fol- lows. the density of the formed specimens was 5.8-6.0 g/cm3 the vacuum sintering tem- perature was 1235-1255 ℃, the holding time was 2 hoursl the quenching temperature in ni- trogen was 1050 ℃, the quenching time was 30 minutes. The relative density and hardness of the resulted specimens were 98.6% and HRC54-58, respectively.
