摘要
通过铁氧化物直接反应方程,进行鱼雷罐处理含铁尘泥球团的热力学分析,考察钢厂折铁后的鱼雷罐是否有足够的热量使尘泥球团发生自还原反应。计算表明,折铁后的鱼雷罐能够预热尘泥球团;加入尘泥球团的鱼雷罐到铁厂出铁时,铁水为尘泥球的自还原反应提供了足够的热力学和动力学条件;工业试验证明鱼雷罐加尘泥球技术是可行的。
Through thermodynamic analysis of the torpedo deal with dust and mud pel- lets containing iron by ferric oxide direct reaction equation, the torpedo whether has e- nough heat to make the dust and mud pellet deoxidize itself after pouring hot metal have be investigated. Calculation shows that, the dust and mud pellet can be warmed up by torpedo after pouring hot metal, and hot metal can offer enough thermodynamics and dynamics conditions for self-reduction of the dust and mud pellet. Industrial test prove with dealing dust and mud ball with torpedo is feasible.
