摘要
采用自制高效分散剂,选用新型引发剂偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯(AIBME),采用单釜连续化生产工艺生产聚合物多元醇(POP)。详细考察了高效分散剂的结构及用量,引发剂的选择、用量以及引发剂的加入方式等因素的影响,获得了不挥发物质量分数为44%以上,25℃时黏度为5200~5800mPa·s的稳定的低黏度的高固含量POP产品。
Using self-made high efficient dispersant and choosing novel initiator dimethyl 2,2'-azobis(2-iso- butyrate) (AIBME), the polymer polyol (POP) was produced by using single kettle continuous production process. The influence of structure and amount of high efficient dispersant, selection and amount of initiator, as well as addition mode of initiator was investigated in detail. The low viscosity and high solid content stable POP product with mass fraction of non-volatile substance of more than 44% and the viscosity of 5 200-5 800 mPa.s at 25℃ was obtained.
