原发性高血压患者血管紧张素Ⅱ-2型受体基因C3123A多态性及其相关因素的研究

Relationship between C3123A Polymorphism of AngiogenesisⅡ Type 2 Receptor Gene and Essential Hypertension of Hans in Ningxia

摘要 目的研究血管紧张素Ⅱ2型受体(angiogenesisⅡtype2,AT2R)基因C3123A多态性与宁夏地区汉族人群原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)的关系。方法选取宁夏地区汉族原发性高血压患者137例(EH组,男71例,女66例)和正常血压者149例(NT组,男63例,女86例),应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术检测AT2R基因多态性。结果男、女EH组AT2R基因C3123A位点各基因型频率、等位基因频率与NT组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);二元逐步Logistic回归显示女EH组中BMI、肌酐、空腹血糖为危险因素,男EH组中BMI为危险因素。结论 AT2R基因多态性与宁夏汉族原发性高血压患者发病无明显相关。 Objective To investigate the association between the polymorphism of angiogenesis Ⅱ type 2 re-ceptor(AT2R) gene C3123A and essential hypertension(EH) of Hans in Ningxia. Methods The study was performed in 137 patients with essential hypertension and 149 healthy controls. Blood samples of these groups were collected and DNA was extracted. AT2R gene polymorphism was detected by polymerase chain reaction -restriction fragment length polymorphism( PCR - RFLP). Results In male and female subgroup: The frequencise of each genotypes and allelics showed no significant difference between EH group and NT group(P 〉 0.05). Binary stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that body mass index (BMI), creatinine (Cr) and glueose (GLU) were independent risk factors for essential hyper-tension in famale subgroup, body mass index (BMI) also was risk factor for EH in male's. Conclusion No significant association was found between the C3123A polymorphism of AT2R gene and essential hypertension in Hans of Ningxia.
