摘要
变电站选址过程中,必须考虑电力系统短路引起的地电位升对邻近市话通信系统的影响。根据我国市话通信系统网络的分布状况和拓朴结构,结合相关行业标准及ITU-T规范,分析了变电站地电位升对其影响的原理,提出了采用相对电位差计算安全间距的方法,并给出了工程计算实例及协调建议。
The short circuit of power system causes the elevation of the ground potential,which will affect the adjacent local communication system.This problem needs to be considered while deciding the location of substation.The principle of the ground potential effects of the urban communicate system is analyzed.According to the distribution and the topology of China local communication system,a method is proposed in this paper to calculate the safe distance based on the potential difference.Other standards such as ITU-T standard are included in this method as well.An engineering case study and coordination suggestions are given in the last part of this work.
