摘要
超临界火力发电机组起机后与大电网并网之前需要进行一次零起升压试验,用于检测超临界机组的发电机、高压厂用变压器、励磁变压器、主变压器等各个主电气设备的工作状态。针对发电机组第一次自动零起升压实验发生异常,第二次手动零起升压成功的实际案例,本文提出了一种从二次保护数据推断一次设备情况的定性分析方法,快速确定了变压器励磁涌流所致零起升压失败的原因,对于超临界机组的运行维护具有一定的指导意义。
After the supercritical thermal power unit starts and before combining to the power grid,it is necessary to carry out a test of raising voltage from zero to detect the working condition of the main electrical equipments such as generator,high voltage house service transformer,excitation transformer and the main transformer.Aiming at the abnormal situation of the primary automatic test of voltage raising from zero,and the actual successful test case of voltage raising from zero by hand,this paper puts forward a qualitative analysis method of deducing the primary equipment's working condition based on the secondary protection data,which can rapidly determine the failure causes of voltage raising from zero.And this method has also some guiding significance to the operation and maintenance of the supercritical unit.
