水利工程项目节能评估方法与效果分析

摘要 根据水利工程公益性特点,分析了开展节能评估的依据和主要内容,并以新沟河延伸拓浚工程为例,对工程中不同类型建筑物及其设备的能耗评估方法进行了研究,提出了泵站工程中主水泵、变压器、线路等不同设备的能耗计算方法,评估结果表明工程的综合能耗小于国家及当地指标,符合节能规划要求。最后还就节能措施提出了相关建议。 According to the public welfare characteristics of water projects, the evaluation foundations and principles of energy saving were analyzed. The project of Xingou River as a study case, the evaluation and appraising methodologies of energy consumption were studied for various kinds of hydraulic structures and equipment. The calculation methods of energy consumption for main pumps, trans- formers and power transmission lines, etc were put forward. The resuhs showed that the comprehensive energy consumption of the water project was lower than the requirement of national and local governments, meet the specifications of energy saving planning as well. Fi- nally some measurements for energy saving were suggested.
