摘要
南方电网公司实行大物流与大配送,将过去的三级仓库转变成建立区域中心仓与现场急救包的形式,以缩短供应链环节,减轻"牛鞭效应",从而节约仓储成本,这种新的仓库布点以期最大限度地避免和降低"牛鞭效应"的负面影响。
China Southern Power Grid Co. ,Ltd would apply integrated allocation for its logistics. It would turn its three - level ware- house into two - level warehouse, which was the center warehouse and emergency work packages. After the new location had been done, the bull whip effect would be reduced so as to save warehouse cost.
